BLKMARKET© LLC operates BLKMARKET©. This notice covers personal information used by blkmarket.com for the store, accounts, checkout, downloads, support, and historic-order recovery.

• Your name, email address, account identifiers, and sign-in security records.
• Orders, subscriptions, invoices, refunds, licenses, downloads, and recovery evidence.
• Messages and files you send when asking for help.
• IP address, request data, browser or device details, and security events.
• Payment-provider identifiers, card brand, and the last four digits of a payment method.

You enter payment details directly into Stripe. BLKMARKET© does not receive or store the full card number or security code.

• Run accounts, checkout, billing, downloads, subscriptions, and support.
• Find and verify historic orders.
• Send sign-in, order, billing, recovery, and service messages.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and disruption.
• Keep financial, security, and business records required to operate lawfully.

Information comes from you, your use of the site, Stripe and other service providers, and recovered BLKMARKET© records such as old WordPress orders. Where applicable, we use it to perform our contract with you, meet tax and other legal duties, and pursue legitimate interests in security, fraud prevention, support, and accurate records. When we ask for consent, you may withdraw it for future processing.

We use signed cookies for account sessions and time-limited checkout access. Your browser may also keep the cart and resumable-download progress in local storage. Blocking these features may stop sign-in, checkout, or downloads from working.

We give service providers only the information needed for their work. The main providers are Stripe for payments and billing, and Cloudflare for hosting, security, storage, downloads, and email delivery.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect customers or the service, or in a business sale or reorganization. BLKMARKET© does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We keep order, license, and transaction records as long as reasonably needed for purchase history, fraud prevention, disputes, tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Keeping an order record does not promise permanent hosted access to its files. Account data, support records, security logs, and recovery evidence are kept only as long as reasonably needed for their purpose.

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to certain uses. We may still need to keep order, license, security, or financial records required by law or a legitimate business need.

Send a request from the email associated with your account to blkmarket.com@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Where applicable, you may withdraw consent, appeal our response, or complain to your data-protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect customer information, but no internet service is risk-free. Service providers may process information in other countries, subject to protections required by applicable law.

BLKMARKET© is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We may update this notice when the service or law changes. The revision date appears at the top of the page.
