BLKMARKET© LLC operates BLKMARKET©. These terms apply to blkmarket.com, accounts, orders, subscriptions, and downloads. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and any product-specific terms shown before purchase.

Nothing here limits a consumer right that cannot legally be limited.

Use accurate information and keep your sign-in details private. Historic purchases are linked to an account only when we can verify the order. We may ask for a receipt, order number, or other evidence.

The product page and checkout show the price, included files, and whether a charge is one-time or recurring. Stripe processes payments. An order is accepted after payment is confirmed and we record the order.

Unless stated otherwise, a purchase is for a one-time supply of digital files. Delivery is complete when the files, or a working way to download them, are provided. If initial delivery fails or the files are materially defective or misdescribed, our Refund Policy applies.

“Unlimited re-downloads” means there is no fixed download count while we operate the download service and retain the file. It does not mean permanent hosting. Download your files after purchase and keep your own backup.

Unless a product-specific license says otherwise, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files in personal or commercial end products. You may not resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the source files, including a minor variation whose main value is the original file.

The license does not expire merely because our storefront changes. Updates, support, and future software compatibility are included only when expressly stated.

Do not share private links, credentials, or license keys; bypass access controls; disrupt the service; or use it for fraud, infringement, malware, or other unlawful activity. We may limit access when reasonably necessary to stop abuse or protect the service.

Check the product page for file contents and software requirements. Unless expressly stated, we do not promise compatibility with future software, hardware, or operating systems, or that the website and account service will always be available.

To the extent permitted by law, BLKMARKET© is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. For claims that may lawfully be limited, total liability for a paid product will not exceed the amount paid for it. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

We may revise these terms for future orders. The version accepted at checkout continues to govern that order unless applicable law requires otherwise. These terms do not require private arbitration.
